I ordered the wrong size tip. I called the company and spoke with Jeff. He said no problem, send back the wrong size and we’ll replace.
I have been smoking for 35 years and for the past 15 years I only roll and smoke. I usually use a regular standard roach clip, but I was searching for a reputable website that sales possibly some other option. When I was searching Google for the best alternative, it mentioned glass tips. After searching a little further I seen all top star reviews for this product I am reviewing now... the Clixx glass tip starter kit. Wow I haven't been disappointed at all. Infact, this is one of the best gadgets I have purchased in a long while. The cool thing about it is that not only do you have a greater smoking experience, but you can pass and share your smoking with other people without having to worry about germs, and possibly getting sick as well. Everyone gets their own mouth piece to smoke with, and put all the worries aside. Also if rolled properly, you won't get any runs down the side because the clixx assists it in burning more even. For the cost of what it is set at... you can't go wrong either way.
These are not what I was expecting total my screw up I would like to return them. What do I need to do?

I received the clixx product in good working order. I must explain this one: I hav dropped these pieces several times because I have neuropathy in my hands and arms upto elbows. Makes it hard to hold onto. They did not break, or chip. They have worked really well for me. I have used them since I got them.
